We’re excited to announce the update of Fliteca FMS, a version focused on giving you a smoother, more intuitive fleet management experience — with a special focus on usability improvements and new features that make everyday tasks faster and easier.
✨ Manual Invoicing for Business Customers
For added security and peace of mind, business customers are no longer required to fill in billing information to activate subscriptions. We changed, so that, invoices are generated manually and sent directly to your configured billing email addresses. You can easily manage and update these addresses under Company (Fleet) > Company Information, ensuring your accounting team stays in the loop without any extra work.
🧭 Redesigned Navigation Bar
The navigation bar has been redesigned to align with our new Fliteca design system. We aim to bring a fresh, modern look that’s more consistent across the platform. Additionally , the new design is more compact. We aim to give you more screen space for what really matters, whether you’re on a big desktop or a small phone.
🗺️ Vehicle Clustering on the Map
Working with large fleets just got easier! The map now supports vehicle clustering:
- When zoomed out, vehicles automatically group into a single marker.
- Zoom in to expand clusters and view each individual vehicle.
- Plus, each cluster marker has an outline colored according to the status of the grouped vehicles. This gives you a quick snapshot of your fleet’s status at a glance.
🔧 More Improvements You’ll Notice
- Geo-Zone Map. Vehicles are now shown on the geo-zone map. Toggle them on/off as needed. And when you click on a geo-zone row in the table, the map will zoom in to fit that geo-zone — no matter its size.
- Dashboard. The vehicle activity widget colors now match the colors used on the map for better visual consistency.
- Vehicle Table. We’ve merged the model, manufacturer, and year columns into one for cleaner browsing. Additionally, two new columns — last active and status — give you more context at a glance.
- External API. The track name is now exposed for use in the GPX export endpoint, giving you better flexibility for integrations.
- Bug Fixes. All icons in the vehicle creation flow are now consistent in size — a small detail, but one that makes the interface feel that much more polished.
