While this update may not introduce sweeping visual changes, it delivers powerful behind-the-scenes improvements that will be felt throughout your daily use of the platform. Performance-First Design: Faster and More Responsive
At the core of v0.23-beta are performance refinements that improve speed and efficiency across the board. Whether you’re navigating the vehicle map or working with bulk data, the platform now responds faster and runs smoother.
One standout improvement is in the vehicle map experience. When filtering by group, only the selected group’s vehicle markers are now shown, and the map automatically zooms to fit. This makes it easier to focus on exactly what matters in your fleet — no distractions, no clutter.
We’ve also improved how track points are managed historically. Instead of being limited by count, track data is now limited by date, making historical analysis more consistent and user-friendly.
Quality-of-Life Upgrades That Streamline Workflows
With this release, we’ve introduced several thoughtful features designed to reduce friction in your daily tasks.
A brand-new vehicle creation wizard helps guide users through the process step by step, reducing mistakes and speeding up onboarding for new fleet members. It’s an intuitive way to ensure your vehicles are configured correctly from the beginning.
For those working with bulk name updates, the vehicle group field can now also be updated through name import files — giving you more control and efficiency when reorganizing your fleet.
We’ve also introduced the ability to delete telematics media. After requesting a deletion, media will be removed in 7 days, but users have the option to cancel during that window — a balance of control and flexibility.
Smarter Interaction and Cleaner Data Management
Small interface tweaks make a big difference. The “Select All” checkbox now applies only to filtered records, not the entire list — making bulk actions smarter and safer. And when clicking to zoom in on a vehicle’s location from the map list, it now works immediately — no more double-clicking.
With FMS v0.23-beta, we’ve doubled down on making Fliteca more intelligent, responsive, and user-friendly. These updates not only save you time but also give you more control and clarity when managing your fleet.
