We’re excited to unveil the latest updates to our system, featuring enhanced permissions management and several improvements to streamline your user experience.

Permissions Management for Greater Control

Contracts are now a thing of the past – we’re introducing Permissions! Permissions allow users to control what actions can be performed by selected employees on assigned resources. You’ll find the new Permissions link conveniently located in the Company Management tab, where you can assign specific permissions to employees for various resources. Plus, managers always have the permission to perform any action on any resource, ensuring seamless oversight and management.

Enhanced User Experience

  • Employee Login. Employees without assigned permissions will now be unable to log in, providing tighter control over system access. We now color their row in the employees table for easy identification.
  • Case Insensitive Search. Searching across all string fields is now case insensitive, making it easier to find what you’re looking for with fewer hassles.
  • Employee Table. We will mark The currently logged-in user with a star next to their profile photo, providing quick visual recognition.

Focus on bugfixes and increased reliability

We’ve listened to your feedback and addressed several bugs to ensure a smoother and more reliable experience:

  • Map Loading Issue. First, we fixed the initial map loading issue to ensure maps load seamlessly.
  • Tracker Deletion Security. Furthermore, from today, you won’t be able to delete trackers if they have a vehicle assigned to them. This will enhance data integrity and security.
  • Improved Inputs. We have fixed the Engine power and odometer inputs. Now they will accurately save values in both metric and imperial units.
  • Fuel and Service Report Buttons. Equally as important, we have Fixed the save buttons for fuel and service reports. This will make sure, that data is saved correctly.
  • Email Validation. We’ve improved Registration, invitation, and profile edit forms. As a result, they will provide instant feedback on whether a user exists with the same email. We believe this will reduce errors and confusion.
  • Subscription Limit. Lastly, create buttons will be disabled if the company reaches the subscription limit for that resource. We believe this will prevent overuse and optimize resource allocation.

Happy Tracking!
