A Whole New Look for Vehicle Markers
Our map just got a visual upgrade! We’ve redesigned vehicle markers to better align with Fliteca’s design system. This change not only improves clarity but ensures that every part of the map feels consistent and modern — from clustered views to individual icons.
Clustering Toggle: You’re in Control
Not a fan of clustered vehicle markers? You now have the option to toggle clustering on or off directly on the map. Whether you’re zoomed out or managing a dense fleet, this toggle gives you control over how vehicles are displayed, helping you work the way you prefer.
Smarter Tracing for Vehicle Tracking
Clicking on a vehicle in the map list now shows a trace of its recent movement, making it easier to track real-time and historical behavior at a glance.
- Default trace duration: 30 minutes
- You can customize this duration in your User Settings
- Zoom behavior has also been adjusted — no more jumping in too close when tracking a selected vehicle
These changes give you better situational awareness without disrupting your map view.
Bug Fixes and Stability Improvements
We’ve resolved several key issues that improve reliability across the platform:
- Vehicle icons in the map list now consistently reflect their correct category
- Large tracker and vehicle imports now work flawlessly — import as many as your subscription allows without running into errors
- We now allow you to delete a vehicle that still has an assigned tracker. The tracker will remain in the system and simply become unassigned.
